MedCare LTC is a family owned and operated long term care pharmacy with offices at 5325 Old York Road P.O. Box 26639 Philadelphia, PA 19141. The owners of MedCare LTC collectively represent 85 years plus experience in the pharmaceutical industry. We are conveniently located in Philadelphia, providing pharmacy services to more than 1,000 beds throughout the tri-state area.
